As the first point of contact, the Host plays a crucial role in shaping the guests’ initial impression, managing reservations and inquiries over the phone, and working collaboratively with servers and kitchen staff to maintain an organized dining area. This position requires excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and stamina to stand for extended periods. Our Host will also assist in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in the hostess station and lobby, helping to restock menus and condiments, and supporting the team to optimize service flow.
