Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in a hospitality or customer service role
- availability to work full time including weekends
- ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- familiarity with reservation management systems
- physical ability to sit, stand, and squat frequently
- punctual and reliable attendance consistent with ADA and other federal, state, and local standards
