Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in a hospitality or customer service role
- availability to work full time including weekends
- ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- familiarity with reservation management systems
- physical ability to sit, stand, and squat frequently
- punctual and reliable attendance consistent with ADA and other federal, state, and local standards
Job Qualifications
- experience as a restaurant host
- proficiency with OpenTable reservation system
- excellent verbal communication skills
- ability to work full time with weekend availability
- strong customer service orientation
- ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- welcome and seat guests
- manage reservations using OpenTable
- provide menu recommendations to guests
- ensure guest satisfaction and address concerns
- coordinate with food and beverage team to ensure smooth operations
- maintain a clean and organized host station
- assist with other duties as assigned to support restaurant operations
