Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant environment
- full-time weekend availability
- proficiency with OpenTable
- excellent communication skills
- ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- ability to sit, stand, and squat frequently
- punctual and reliable attendance
Job Qualifications
- Experience as a restaurant host or in a similar customer-facing role
- strong verbal communication skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- proficiency with OpenTable reservation system
- full-time availability including weekends
- customer service orientation
- positive interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- Welcome and greet guests warmly as they enter the restaurant
- manage and organize reservations using OpenTable
- provide table accommodations and seating arrangements
- offer menu recommendations and answer guest inquiries
- coordinate with the Food & Beverage team to ensure smooth service flow
- handle guest complaints and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction
- maintain the host station and dining area cleanliness
