- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs frequently and up to 50 lbs infrequently

Job Duties
- Welcome and greet guests with a friendly demeanor
- Manage and organize reservations ensuring accurate table assignments and seating arrangements
- Coordinate with kitchen and serving staff to manage table turnover efficiently
- Communicate effectively with guests informing them of wait times and special promotions
- Present menus engage in polite conversation answer questions and offer information on all menu items
- Prepare and fully set tables for service
- Maintain a tidy and inviting entrance area as well as a clean and organized dining area
- Perform opening and closing duties to ensure proper restaurant setting
- Answer the phone in accordance with hotel standards
- Comply with the company's drug-free and tobacco/nicotine-free policy
- Perform all other duties as assigned
