  • Prior experience in a fast-paced food-service environment required
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs frequently and up to 50 lbs infrequently
  • Must be able to legally work in the USA
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Job Duties

  • Welcome and greet guests with a friendly demeanor
  • Manage and organize reservations ensuring accurate table assignments and seating arrangements
  • Coordinate with kitchen and serving staff to manage table turnover efficiently
  • Communicate effectively with guests informing them of wait times and special promotions
  • Present menus engage in polite conversation answer questions and offer information on all menu items
  • Prepare and fully set tables for service
  • Maintain a tidy and inviting entrance area as well as a clean and organized dining area
  • Perform opening and closing duties to ensure proper restaurant setting
  • Answer the phone in accordance with hotel standards
  • Comply with the company's drug-free and tobacco/nicotine-free policy
  • Perform all other duties as assigned
