Job Duties
- greet guests in a warm friendly manner that welcomes them into the restaurant and sets the stage for a positive experience
- engage in friendly conversation suggesting new menu items processing payments making correct change and helping with beverage orders for guests
- complete side work clean and assist other team members as needed
- manage seating arrangements to optimize guest flow and reduce wait times
- respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve any concerns courteously
- maintain cleanliness and organization in the host station and entrance area
- support team members during busy periods to ensure smooth operation
