  • ability to communicate clearly and effectively
  • ability to stand for long periods
  • willingness to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • must be able to provide excellent customer service
  • reliable and punctual
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • prior customer service experience is a plus
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • basic knowledge of restaurant seating software is beneficial
  • friendly and approachable personality
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • greet guests upon arrival
  • seat guests in a timely and organized manner
  • manage guest seating charts and reservations
  • assist guests with inquiries and needs
  • maintain cleanliness and organization at the host station
  • communicate effectively with dining and kitchen staff
  • provide excellent customer service
