Job Requirements

  • minimum age requirement as specified by local laws
  • ability to work flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • physical stamina to stand and walk for long periods
  • basic communication skills
  • willingness to learn and adhere to food safety and cleanliness standards

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred

Job Duties

  • greet and seat guests promptly and courteously
  • manage waiting lists and coordinate table assignments
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and entry area
  • communicate effectively with kitchen and waitstaff to optimize seating and service flow
  • provide guests with menus and answer any initial inquiries about the restaurant
  • handle guest concerns or complaints with professionalism and escalate when necessary
  • assist in opening and closing duties as required
