Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to handle cash and process payments accurately
  • Availability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Friendly and approachable demeanor

Job Duties

  • Greeting guests in a warm, friendly, smiling manner that welcomes them into our restaurant and sets the stage for a positive experience
  • Engaging in friendly conversation as you suggest new menu items, process payments, make correct change and help with the beverage orders for guests
  • Completing side work, clean and assist other team members as needed
  • Managing seating arrangements and coordinating with kitchen staff to ensure smooth flow of guests
  • Handling customer inquiries and resolving any issues promptly and courteously
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the host stand and dining area
  • Ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations relevant to the restaurant environment
