Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to handle cash and process payments accurately
- Availability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Friendly and approachable demeanor

Job Duties
- Greeting guests in a warm, friendly, smiling manner that welcomes them into our restaurant and sets the stage for a positive experience
- Engaging in friendly conversation as you suggest new menu items, process payments, make correct change and help with the beverage orders for guests
- Completing side work, clean and assist other team members as needed
- Managing seating arrangements and coordinating with kitchen staff to ensure smooth flow of guests
- Handling customer inquiries and resolving any issues promptly and courteously
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the host stand and dining area
- Ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations relevant to the restaurant environment
