Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
  • previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
  • availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays
  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • basic math skills
  • positive attitude and strong work ethic

Job Duties

  • Greeting guests in a warm, friendly, smiling manner that welcomes them into the restaurant and sets the stage for a positive experience
  • engaging in friendly conversation as you suggest new menu items, process payments, make correct change and help with beverage orders for guests
  • completing side work, cleaning and assisting other team members as needed
  • managing guest seating and wait times efficiently
  • maintaining cleanliness and organization of the host station
  • responding promptly and courteously to guest requests and concerns
  • coordinating with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth dining operations
