- High school diploma or equivalent
- ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Greeting guests in a warm, friendly, smiling manner that welcomes them into the restaurant and sets the stage for a positive experience
- engaging in friendly conversation as you suggest new menu items, process payments, make correct change and help with beverage orders for guests
- completing side work, cleaning and assisting other team members as needed
- managing guest seating and wait times efficiently
- maintaining cleanliness and organization of the host station
- responding promptly and courteously to guest requests and concerns
- coordinating with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth dining operations
