Job Duties
- Greeting guests in a warm, friendly, smiling manner that welcomes them into the restaurant and sets the stage for a positive experience
- Engaging in friendly conversation, suggesting new menu items, processing payments, making correct change, and assisting with beverage orders for guests
- Completing side work such as cleaning and supporting other team members as needed
- Managing seating arrangements efficiently to minimize guest wait times
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area
- Providing accurate information about menu offerings and daily specials
- Assisting with the smooth flow of guest service and ensuring customer satisfaction
