Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to greet guests warmly and provide excellent customer service
  • Basic math skills to handle payments accurately
  • Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members

  • Willingness to perform side work and assist with cleaning tasks
  • Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Greeting guests in a warm, friendly, smiling manner that welcomes them into the restaurant and sets the stage for a positive experience
  • Engaging in friendly conversation, suggesting new menu items, processing payments, making correct change, and assisting with beverage orders for guests
  • Completing side work such as cleaning and supporting other team members as needed
  • Managing seating arrangements efficiently to minimize guest wait times
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area
  • Providing accurate information about menu offerings and daily specials
  • Assisting with the smooth flow of guest service and ensuring customer satisfaction
