Job Requirements

Restaurant experience preferred
Must be able to stand for 9 hours
Must be able to lift at least 20 pounds
Ability to perform all job functions while wearing the specified uniform/footwear
Clear and accurate communication
Command of the English language
Basic computer skills
Action-oriented towards guest requests
Evening, weekend, and holiday availability

Job Qualifications

Polite, hospitable, and enthusiastic personality
Effective communication skills with guests and co-workers
Familiarity with OpenTable reservation system
Professional phone etiquette
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Experience working in hospitality or restaurant preferred

Job Duties

Perform host stand set-up, running side work and closing duties
Displays southern hospitality
Be the positive and uplifting first and last impression for guests
Greet and seat guests in an organized, professional, and friendly fashion
Properly record reservations and quote wait periods
Maintain cleanliness of front entry way
Assist in table maintenance when able
Stay current with all upcoming promotional events
Always friendly and courteous
Communicates all guest requests/special occasions to server and or leader on duty
Always maintain clean and professional appearance
Work with teamwork always in mind
Perform other related duties as assigned by the leadership team
