The current opportunity available is for a professional Restaurant Host/Hostess for the dinner service at the Watercolour Grill House, a highly acclaimed fine-dining restaurant located within the Clearwater Beach Marriott Suites. Watercolour Grill House enjoys top rankings on Open Table and TripAdvisor as one of the premier dining experiences on Clearwater Beach, known for its welcoming atmosphere, impeccable service, and exquisite cuisine. The Restaurant Host/Hostess plays a crucial role in enhancing the guest experience by warmly greeting diners, managing reservations, and ensuring efficient seating. This role requires professionalism, excellent communication skills, and the ability to anticipate and respond to guest needs seamlessly.

The Restaurant Host/Hostess will have the opportunity to work in a vibrant fine-dining environment where attention to detail and superior customer service are paramount. Responsibilities include taking reservations courteously over the phone, greeting and seating guests promptly, upselling menu items to enhance the dining experience, and supporting servers as needed to maintain smooth operations. Additionally, the host/hostess may assist with polishing glassware and silverware to ensure the highest standards of presentation. On occasion, this role may also involve cashiering duties.
