Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- ability to stand for long periods
- proficiency with reservation software
- excellent verbal communication skills
- ability to work irregular hours including weekends and evenings
- ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Greet and seat guests
- present menus
- inform guests of specials
- create reservations by phone or in person
- manage waitlists
- monitor and adjust reservation system for efficiency
- observe and track table status
- quote accurate wait times
- clean and organize host area
- answer phones and guest questions
- interact with guests during their visit
- assist with to-go orders
- maintain restrooms throughout shift
