Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time
  • Ability to communicate verbally and by telephone
  • Ability to smile, make eye contact and communicate easily with the public
  • Physical ability to bend, reach, and lift items from floor level to six feet high
  • Ability to handle cash and complete transactions accurately
  • Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime
  • Willingness to work in noisy and crowded environments

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to smile, make eye contact, and communicate easily with the public
  • Ability to clearly communicate verbally and by telephone
  • Positive attitude and ability to be courteous during demanding times
  • Skill in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with staff
  • Ability to read, write and speak English

Job Duties

  • Settle all customer checks in the system accurately
  • Properly complete all cash or credit transactions as necessary
  • Ensure an excellent customer service atmosphere for all guests
  • Assist other staff as necessary to ensure pleasant guest experience
  • Provide all guests with a copy of their receipt
  • Perform necessary side work and maintain a clean and orderly workspace
  • Follow departmental rules to ensure safety, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction
  • Always thank guests for their patronage and invite them back
  • Ensure bank is returned to the Cage
  • Exemplify the company’s core values, family style service, mission and vision
  • Exemplify diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) culture
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned
  • Understand and utilize Infogenesis system
