Job Requirements
- Minimum one year experience in a customer service position preferred
- Ability to stand and exert fast-paced mobility for up to four hours continuously
- Ability to lift items up to 25 pounds
- Ability to carry, push, pull, stoop, bend, reach, handle, and twist as required
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Must be at least 40 years of age to serve alcoholic beverages
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and food safety standards
- Ability to follow standardized procedures and portion controls

Job Duties
- Inspire legendary experiences between friends for guests by creating an atmosphere of happiness and community
- Inform guests of specials and promotions, answer questions and make suggestions when asked
- Use upselling techniques with every guest to enhance experience
- Address guest concerns and inform Manager
- Promote excellence, cooperation and teamwork within the company
- Support and assist team members, including bussing tables and assisting guest needs
- Set up, maintain and operate front counter and condiment stands
- Check guest identification for minimum age requirements for alcohol consumption
- Adhere to standardized portion sizes, quality standards and department rules and procedures
- Follow cashier sequence of service excellence
- Answer telephone and respond to inquiries enthusiastically
- Take drink and food orders and accurately input into register system
- Ensure correct drinks and food ordered are delivered to guests
- Collect payment and make correct change or process credit card transactions
- Practice safe food handling and cleanliness standards
- Bag and manage takeout orders, checking for accuracy
- Maintain clean and orderly cashier area
- Thank guests as they leave and solicit feedback about quality of service
- Ensure PCI credit card compliance
- Unload trucks, pallets, and cases of food and beverage and put in assigned locations
- Perform other duties as assigned
