Job Requirements

Minimum one year experience in a customer service position preferred
Ability to stand and exert fast-paced mobility for up to four hours continuously
Ability to lift items up to 25 pounds
Ability to carry, push, pull, stoop, bend, reach, handle, and twist as required
Strong verbal communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Must be at least 40 years of age to serve alcoholic beverages
Ability to maintain cleanliness and food safety standards
Ability to follow standardized procedures and portion controls

Job Duties

Inspire legendary experiences between friends for guests by creating an atmosphere of happiness and community
Inform guests of specials and promotions, answer questions and make suggestions when asked
Use upselling techniques with every guest to enhance experience
Address guest concerns and inform Manager
Promote excellence, cooperation and teamwork within the company
Support and assist team members, including bussing tables and assisting guest needs
Set up, maintain and operate front counter and condiment stands
Check guest identification for minimum age requirements for alcohol consumption
Adhere to standardized portion sizes, quality standards and department rules and procedures
Follow cashier sequence of service excellence
Answer telephone and respond to inquiries enthusiastically
Take drink and food orders and accurately input into register system
Ensure correct drinks and food ordered are delivered to guests
Collect payment and make correct change or process credit card transactions
Practice safe food handling and cleanliness standards
Bag and manage takeout orders, checking for accuracy
Maintain clean and orderly cashier area
Thank guests as they leave and solicit feedback about quality of service
Ensure PCI credit card compliance
Unload trucks, pallets, and cases of food and beverage and put in assigned locations
Perform other duties as assigned
