Job Requirements

Minimum one year of experience in customer service
ability to stand and walk for extended periods
capability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds
effective communication skills
ability to work in a fast-paced environment
flexibility to handle multiple tasks
compliance with food safety and operational standards

minimum one year of customer service experience preferred
ability to stand and exert fast-paced mobility for up to 4 hours

Job Duties

Inspire legendary experiences between friends for guests by creating an atmosphere of happiness and community
inform guests of specials and promotions, answer questions and make suggestions
use up-selling techniques with every guest to enhance experience
address guest concerns and inform manager
promote excellence, cooperation and teamwork within the company
support and assist team members including bussing tables and assisting guest needs
set up, maintain and operate the front counter and condiment stands
check guest identification for age verification
adhere to standardized portion sizes and department rules
follow cashier sequence of service excellence
answer telephone and respond to inquiries with enthusiasm
take drink and food orders and accurately input into register system
ensure correct drinks and food are delivered
collect payment and process transactions accurately
practice safe food handling and cleanliness standards
manage takeout orders and check for accuracy
maintain clean and orderly cashier area
thank guests and solicit feedback
ensure PCI credit card compliance
unload trucks and stock food and beverage in assigned locations
other duties as assigned
