Job Duties
- Inspire legendary experiences between friends for guests by creating an atmosphere of happiness and community
- inform guests of specials and promotions, answer questions and make suggestions
- use up-selling techniques with every guest to enhance experience
- address guest concerns and inform manager
- promote excellence, cooperation and teamwork within the company
- support and assist team members including bussing tables and assisting guest needs
- set up, maintain and operate the front counter and condiment stands
- check guest identification for age verification
- adhere to standardized portion sizes and department rules
- follow cashier sequence of service excellence
- answer telephone and respond to inquiries with enthusiasm
- take drink and food orders and accurately input into register system
- ensure correct drinks and food are delivered
- collect payment and process transactions accurately
- practice safe food handling and cleanliness standards
- manage takeout orders and check for accuracy
- maintain clean and orderly cashier area
- thank guests and solicit feedback
- ensure PCI credit card compliance
- unload trucks and stock food and beverage in assigned locations
- other duties as assigned
