Job Requirements

  • Minimum one year of experience in a customer service position preferred

Job Duties

  • Inspire legendary experiences between friends for guests by creating an atmosphere of happiness and community
  • inform guests of specials or promotions and answer questions
  • use up-selling techniques to enhance guest experience
  • address guest concerns and inform manager
  • promote excellence, cooperation, and teamwork within the company
  • support and assist team members including bussing tables and assisting guests
  • set up, maintain and operate front counter and condiment stands
  • check guest identification for age requirements
  • adhere to portion sizes, quality standards and department rules
  • follow cashier sequence of service excellence
  • answer telephone and respond enthusiastically
  • take and input drink and food orders accurately
  • ensure correct drinks and food are delivered
  • collect payment and process transactions
  • practice safe food handling and cleanliness standards
  • bag and manage takeout orders checking accuracy
  • maintain clean cashier area
  • thank guests and solicit feedback
  • ensure PCI credit card compliance
  • unload trucks, pallets and cases and place in assigned locations
  • perform other duties as assigned
