Job Requirements
- Minimum one year of experience in a customer service position preferred
- ability to stand and exert fast-paced mobility for up to 4 hours
- ability to lift up to 25 pounds

Job Duties
- Inspire legendary experiences between friends for guests by creating an atmosphere of happiness and community
- inform guests of specials or promotions and answer questions
- use up-selling techniques to enhance guest experience
- address guest concerns and inform manager
- promote excellence, cooperation, and teamwork within the company
- support and assist team members including bussing tables and assisting guests
- set up, maintain and operate front counter and condiment stands
- check guest identification for age requirements
- adhere to portion sizes, quality standards and department rules
- follow cashier sequence of service excellence
- answer telephone and respond enthusiastically
- take and input drink and food orders accurately
- ensure correct drinks and food are delivered
- collect payment and process transactions
- practice safe food handling and cleanliness standards
- bag and manage takeout orders checking accuracy
- maintain clean cashier area
- thank guests and solicit feedback
- ensure PCI credit card compliance
- unload trucks, pallets and cases and place in assigned locations
- perform other duties as assigned
