Job Requirements
- Minimum one year of experience in a customer service position preferred
- Must be able to stand and exert fast-paced mobility for up to 4 hours
- Ability to remain on feet in upright position or move about in work area
- Occasional sitting
- Ability to carry objects usually by holding in hands or arms
- Must be able to lift items up to 25 pounds
- Ability to exert force to push or pull objects
- Frequent stooping, bending, reaching, handling and twisting
- Constant talking, hearing and vision required
- Ability to use computers or operate special equipment
- Must check guest identification to verify age requirements
- Adhere to food handling and cleanliness standards at all times

Job Duties
- Inspire legendary experiences between friends for guests by creating an atmosphere of happiness and community
- Inform guests of specials and promotions, answer questions and make suggestions
- Use up-selling techniques with every guest to enhance their experience
- Address guest concerns and inform Manager
- Promote excellence, cooperation and teamwork within the company
- Support and assist team members, including bussing tables and assisting guest needs
- Set up, maintain and operate the front counter and condiment stands
