Job Requirements

  • Minimum one year of experience in a customer service position preferred
  • Must be able to stand and exert fast-paced mobility for periods of up to 4 hours in length

Job Duties

  • Inspire legendary experiences between friends for our guests by creating an atmosphere of happiness and a sense of community
  • Inform guests of specials and or promotions, answer questions and make suggestions when asked
  • Use up-selling techniques with every guest to enhance experience
  • Address guest concerns and inform Manager
  • Promote excellence, cooperation and teamwork within the company
  • Support and assist team members, including bussing tables and assisting guests needs
  • Set-up, maintain and operate the front counter and condiment stands
  • Check guest identification to ensure they meet minimum 40 year age requirements for consumption of alcoholic beverages
  • Adhere to standardized portion sizes, quality standards and department rules and procedures
  • Follow the cashier sequence of service excellence
  • Answer the telephone and respond to inquiries with enthusiasm
  • Take drink and food orders and accurately input into register system
  • Ensure the correct drinks and food ordered are delivered to the guest
  • Collect payment and make correct change or process credit card transactions
  • Practice safe food handling and cleanliness standards at all times
  • Bag and manage takeout orders, check for accuracy
  • Maintain clean and orderly cashier area
  • Thank guests as they leave and solicit feedback about the quality of service
  • Ensure PCI credit card compliance
  • Unload trucks, pallets, and cases of food and beverage and put in assigned locations
  • Perform other duties as assigned
