Safety and adherence to food handling standards are crucial components of the job, as is compliance with legal requirements such as verifying guest identification for alcohol consumption. Job Requirements
- Minimum one year of experience in a customer service position preferred
- able to stand and exert fast-paced mobility for up to 4 hours
- able to lift items up to 25 pounds
- able to stand or walk for long periods
- able to carry objects by hand or arms
- able to push or pull objects
- able to bend, stoop, reach and twist frequently
- must have good vision and hearing
- able to talk and use computer or other special equipment constantly

Job Duties
- Inspire legendary experiences between friends for guests by creating an atmosphere of happiness and a sense of community
- inform guests of specials and/or promotions, answer questions and make suggestions when asked
- use up-selling techniques with every guest to enhance experience
- address guest concerns and inform Manager
- promote excellence, cooperation and teamwork within the company
- support and assist team members including bussing tables and assisting guests needs
- set-up, maintain and operate the front counter and condiment stands
- check guest identification to ensure they meet minimum 40 year age requirements for alcohol consumption
- adhere to standardized portion sizes, quality standards and department rules and procedures
- follow the cashier sequence of service excellence
- answer telephone and respond to inquiries with enthusiasm
- take drink and food orders and accurately input into register system
- ensure correct drinks and food ordered are delivered to guest
- collect payment and make correct change or process credit card transactions
- practice safe food handling and cleanliness standards at all times
- bag and manage takeout orders and check for accuracy
- maintain clean and orderly cashier area
- thank guests as they leave and solicit feedback about quality of service
- ensure PCI credit card compliance
- unload trucks, pallets, and cases of food and beverage and put in assigned locations
- perform other duties as assigned
