Job Requirements

Minimum one year of experience in a customer service position preferred
able to stand and exert fast-paced mobility for periods of up to 4 hours in length
ability to handle cash and process credit card transactions
must be able to check guest identification for age verification
physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds
able to perform repetitive tasks such as stooping, bending, reaching, and handling
maintain safe food handling and cleanliness standards
effective verbal communication skills
ability to work in a fast-paced environment
willingness to support team members and follow directions

Job Duties

Inspire legendary experiences between friends for our guests by creating an atmosphere of happiness and a sense of community
inform guests of specials and/or promotions, answer questions and make suggestions when asked
use up-selling techniques with every guest to enhance experience
address guest concerns and inform manager
promote excellence, cooperation and teamwork within the company
support and assist team members, including bussing tables and assisting guests needs
set-up, maintain and operate the front counter and condiment stands
check guest identification to ensure they meet minimum 40 year age requirements for consumption of alcoholic beverages
adhere to standardized portion sizes, quality standards and department rules and procedures
follow the cashier sequence of service excellence
answer the telephone and respond to inquiries with enthusiasm
take drink and food orders and accurately input into register system
ensure the correct drinks and food ordered are delivered to the guest
collect payment and make correct change or process credit card transactions
practice safe food handling and cleanliness standards at all times
bag and manage takeout orders, check for accuracy
maintain clean and orderly cashier area
thank guests as they leave and solicit feedback about the quality of service
ensure PCI credit card compliance
unload trucks, pallets, and cases of food and beverage and put in assigned locations
other duties as assigned
