Job Requirements
- Minimum one year of experience in a customer service position preferred
- able to stand and exert fast-paced mobility for periods of up to 4 hours in length
- ability to handle cash and process credit card transactions
- must be able to check guest identification for age verification
- physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds
- able to perform repetitive tasks such as stooping, bending, reaching, and handling
- maintain safe food handling and cleanliness standards
- effective verbal communication skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- willingness to support team members and follow directions

Job Duties
- Inspire legendary experiences between friends for our guests by creating an atmosphere of happiness and a sense of community
- inform guests of specials and/or promotions, answer questions and make suggestions when asked
- use up-selling techniques with every guest to enhance experience
- address guest concerns and inform manager
- promote excellence, cooperation and teamwork within the company
- support and assist team members, including bussing tables and assisting guests needs
- set-up, maintain and operate the front counter and condiment stands
- check guest identification to ensure they meet minimum 40 year age requirements for consumption of alcoholic beverages
- adhere to standardized portion sizes, quality standards and department rules and procedures
- follow the cashier sequence of service excellence
- answer the telephone and respond to inquiries with enthusiasm
- take drink and food orders and accurately input into register system
- ensure the correct drinks and food ordered are delivered to the guest
- collect payment and make correct change or process credit card transactions
- practice safe food handling and cleanliness standards at all times
- bag and manage takeout orders, check for accuracy
- maintain clean and orderly cashier area
- thank guests as they leave and solicit feedback about the quality of service
- ensure PCI credit card compliance
- unload trucks, pallets, and cases of food and beverage and put in assigned locations
- other duties as assigned
