The Host position at Caesars Entertainment is an integral role within their vibrant restaurant team, where the primary responsibility is to ensure guests are warmly and cheerfully greeted, whether in person or by phone, establishing a welcoming atmosphere from the moment guests arrive. Starting at $16 per hour, the Host serves as the first and last impression of the restaurant, ensuring every dining experience meets the company's high standards for excellence and hospitality. This position requires schedule flexibility, including nights, weekends, holidays, and potential overtime, reflecting the dynamic nature of the hospitality industry.

In this role, Hosts manage the seating of guests in a timely manner, maintain cleanliness and organization at the host podium and entrance area, and uphold the restaurant’s service standards by demonstrating pride, attention to detail, and a thorough knowledge of menu items, food preparation, and service expectations. Hosts coordinate fair distribution of tables by effectively communicating between server staff and door staff, assist fellow Hosts as needed, and ensure all menus and dining materials are in pristine condition daily. Professional appearance and adherence to all safety and operational procedures are mandatory to align with Caesars' high level of service and regulatory compliance. Job Duties
