Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to stand, bend, and twist for extended periods
  • Ability to read and comprehend instructions and policy documents
  • Ability to speak clearly and interact comfortably with customers
  • Must be reliable and punctual
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Greet guests and seat them appropriately with a welcoming smile
  • Record customer reservations or seating times consistently
  • Maintain and update restaurant seating charts
  • Prepare and maintain dining room areas before service
  • Assist with stocking silverware and other supplies
  • Advise guests on menu and beverage options using in-depth knowledge
  • Facilitate food and beverage delivery and service
  • Coordinate between kitchen and floor staff to ensure service standards
  • Perform cashier duties and handle payments as required
  • Follow cash handling policies and ensure cash security
  • Patrol assigned stations to refill beverages and clear service items
  • Support team with additional tasks like rolling silverware, expediting orders, washing dishes, preparing to-go food, and cleaning tables
