Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Ability to stand, bend, and twist for extended periods
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions and policy documents
- Ability to speak clearly and interact comfortably with customers
- Must be reliable and punctual
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Greet guests and seat them appropriately with a welcoming smile
- Record customer reservations or seating times consistently
- Maintain and update restaurant seating charts
- Prepare and maintain dining room areas before service
- Assist with stocking silverware and other supplies
- Advise guests on menu and beverage options using in-depth knowledge
- Facilitate food and beverage delivery and service
- Coordinate between kitchen and floor staff to ensure service standards
- Perform cashier duties and handle payments as required
- Follow cash handling policies and ensure cash security
- Patrol assigned stations to refill beverages and clear service items
- Support team with additional tasks like rolling silverware, expediting orders, washing dishes, preparing to-go food, and cleaning tables
