Job Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar host or reservations role
- Proven ability to provide exceptional guest service
- Knowledge of reservation management systems
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization in guest service areas
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Commitment to uphold company values and confidentiality
Job Qualifications
- 1-3 years of reservations or host experience in fine dining restaurants or establishments of similar caliber
- Organized and motivating
- Excellent communication skills
- Personable
- Working knowledge of reservation management systems
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Greet guests in a warm, friendly and sincere manner
- Provide a warm welcome and a fond farewell upon departure
- Answer phone calls and guest inquiries
- Have full knowledge of the floor plan and seating charts
- Manage day to day reservations, walk-in and cancellations/no-shows in the reservation system
- Seat guests in accordance to their preferences and under the direction of the manager on duty
- Responsible for the overall presentation, cleanliness and organization of assigned guest service areas such as the coat check, bathrooms, and other guest spaces
- Guide guests to assigned table and ensure their satisfaction
