Job Requirements

  • High school diploma preferred
  • Food Handlers Card (for California, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Nevada, Texas, Virginia)
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
  • Demonstrated teamwork and motivation
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma preferred
  • Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
  • Ability to operate a computer seating system
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle difficult situations calmly and diplomatically
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a team

Job Duties

  • Greet guests with enthusiasm and warmth
  • Manage seating and wait times using the computer seating system
  • Escort guests to their tables and distribute menus
  • Answer phone calls regarding menu, reservations, and restaurant inquiries
  • Address guest concerns and resolve complaints using the AIM approach
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with guests and team members
  • Maintain a positive, team-oriented attitude in a fast-paced environment
