Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
minimum of 1 year experience in casual restaurant environment preferred
ability to engage positively with guests and team members
effective communication skills
capacity to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
physical stamina to remain on feet for extended periods
current alcohol and food handling certifications where required

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

greet guests upon arrival and departure in a friendly and professional manner
manage seating arrangements to ensure optimal guest flow
assist in coordinating reservations and waitlists
support team members during peak times
maintain a welcoming environment in the host/hostess station area
handle guest inquiries and provide information about the menu and restaurant policies
