- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of 1 year experience in casual restaurant environment preferred
- ability to engage positively with guests and team members
- effective communication skills
- capacity to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- physical stamina to remain on feet for extended periods
- current alcohol and food handling certifications where required

Job Duties
- greet guests upon arrival and departure in a friendly and professional manner
- manage seating arrangements to ensure optimal guest flow
- assist in coordinating reservations and waitlists
- support team members during peak times
- maintain a welcoming environment in the host/hostess station area
- handle guest inquiries and provide information about the menu and restaurant policies
