Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in service or hospitality industry preferred
Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
Strong communication skills
Capacity to handle busy and fast-paced environment
Ability to stand for extended periods

Job Duties

Work in a team-oriented, high-volume, fast-paced, guest-centric environment
Demonstrate genuine hospitality and welcome guests at the door
Engage in friendly conversation while seating guests
Introduce guests to their server
Manage restaurant waiting list during high volume
Thank guests sincerely as they leave and invite them to return
Clean and sanitize guest touch points in the restaurant
