Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least one year of customer service or hosting experience preferred
- Must be able to communicate clearly and courteously
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds
- Availability to work weekends and some holidays
- Eligibility to work in the United States

- Experience working in restaurants or similar customer service environments
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
- Familiarity with POS systems and digital reservation systems such as OpenTable
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to perform effectively in high-volume environments
Job Duties
- Provide great hospitality by going above and beyond for every guest
- Know regular guests' names, preferences, and anticipate their needs
- Control the pace of the door and communicate with managers to control the flow of the restaurant
- Know the menu and be able to make genuine recommendations
- Keep the host stand clean and presentable
- Perform calmly and effectively in a high-volume environment
- Respond to on-the-fly requests with ease and poise
- Understand POS systems and OpenTable or other digital/online reservation systems
- Availability to work weekends and some holidays
- Be available to fill in as needed to ensure smooth and efficient restaurant operation
