This position demands previous customer service experience, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to communicate effectively with both patients and medical staff. Basic computer skills are necessary to manage menu editing and tallying daily meal production. Licensure requirements include Act 34 clearance, reflecting the hospital's commitment to safeguarding vulnerable populations.
