Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
ability to lift 25 to 50 pounds
excellent communication skills
willingness to work as part of a team
ability to perform fast-paced mobility tasks for up to 8 hours
basic proficiency with phone systems and reservation software

Job Duties

Greet and seat guests courteously and efficiently
answer phone calls and direct to-go orders properly
manage the wait list and call-ahead seating
keep the host/hostess area stocked with necessary items
maintain cleanliness of the lobby area, menus, and restrooms
assist team members as needed
ensure a positive and pleasant guest experience
