Job Requirements
- Previous hosting experience in a high-volume, upscale lounge or fine-dining environment is preferred but not required
- Exceptional verbal communication skills and a polished, professional demeanor
- Familiarity with reservation platforms is a plus
- Ability to remain calm and organized under pressure during peak hours
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Provide a warm, professional welcome to all guests, managing the door and seating with poise
- Oversee the seating chart and waitlist to maximize lounge capacity while ensuring a smooth guest experience
- Communicate effectively with servers, bartenders, and management regarding open tables and guest needs
- Maintain a working knowledge of the room’s history and menu offerings to answer guest inquiries
- Ensure the entryway and host station remain pristine and organized throughout the shift
