Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment preferred
Ability to stand for extended periods
Excellent customer service skills
Effective communication abilities
Ability to multitask and manage a busy host station
Must be trustworthy and reliable

Job Duties

Greet guests warmly and manage the host stand
Manage reservations and seating assignments efficiently
Ensure cleanliness and safety standards are upheld in the host area
Assist with guest inquiries and provide excellent customer service
Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to optimize guest experience
Handle guest waitlists and communicate wait times clearly
Maintain an upbeat and friendly demeanor throughout the shift
