Job Requirements

High school diploma or GED
1+ years of serving or related experience
Current food handler's card
Alcohol service certification as required by law
Meet minimum age for preparing and serving alcoholic beverages
Basic knowledge of food and beverage service and hospitality
Excellent guest service skills
Ability and willingness to perform various duties to support the business
Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds frequently
Frequent bending stooping and kneeling
Standing for the duration of the shift
Ability to maneuver equipment such as hand cart blenders knives slices and wine keys
Scheduled shifts determined by business needs

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or GED
1+ years of serving or related experience in a full service restaurant
Current food handler's card and alcohol service certification as required by law
Knowledge of food and beverage service and hospitality
Excellent guest service skills
Willingness to perform other duties as required
Ability to work flexible shifts based on business needs

Job Duties

Greet all guests with a friendly smile demonstrating genuine hospitality
Provide knowledge of all food and beverage menus including telephone etiquette and greeting guests
Maintain a clean and sanitary environment for team members and guests
Monitor and stock restroom supplies and maintain restroom cleanliness
Uphold the island-inspired atmosphere by delivering exceptional service
Support the team by performing duties that promote smooth business operations
Follow safety and sanitation practices and use equipment safely
