Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year experience as a host in the fast-casual restaurant industry
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Proficiency in POS systems
  • Current alcohol and food certifications required
  • Ability to verbally communicate in Spanish with the crew
  • Availability to work evenings, holidays, and weekends
  • Strong knowledge of team leadership
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to withstand physical demands of a restaurant environment
