We are currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Hosts. The role of the Host is essential as they are the first point of contact for guests and set the tone for their entire dining experience. Hosts at The Henry are celebrated for their energy, professionalism, and hospitality skills. This position offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $20.00 to $25.00 and provides both part-time and full-time employment options, enabling candidates with diverse needs and schedules to find the perfect fit. Team members who work 25 hours per week or more are eligible for medical, dental, and vision benefits, alongside other perks including 35% dining discounts across all Fox Restaurant Concepts brands, additional discounts at The Cheesecake Factory and North Italia, and the opportunity for tuition reimbursement.

As a Host at The Henry, you will play a pivotal role in managing the flow of guests, ensuring the restaurant operates smoothly and efficiently even during high-volume periods. You will be trained to understand our menu comprehensively to offer genuine recommendations and assist guests with information about their dining choices. Additionally, familiarity with online reservation systems such as OpenTable and POS systems is beneficial, as technology plays a key role in our operations. With a team-oriented environment, Hosts are expected to work collaboratively with managers and other staff members to anticipate and respond to guest needs promptly. This position requires excellent communication skills, the ability to remain calm under pressure, and the physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
