We are currently seeking dynamic Maître d' / Greeter candidates to join our thriving team. This role is integral to our front-of-house operations, serving as the first point of contact for our valued guests. Candidates are expected to bring energy, poise, and an elevated sense of personal style to the position, ensuring that each guest receives a welcoming and professional introduction to The Rutherford Grill. This position offers both part-time and full-time opportunities, with some weekend availability required to accommodate our busy dining schedule. Compensation for this role ranges from $50 to $60 per hour, which includes a starting hourly rate of $20.00 plus a tip share. Historically, the tip share has ranged from $30 to $40 per hour, providing an attractive overall earning potential for candidates.
