Job Requirements

Minimum of 1 year experience as a host in the fast-casual restaurant industry
Must be at least 16 years old
High school diploma or GED
Associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
Proficiency in POS systems
Current alcohol and food certifications meeting state requirements
Availability to work evenings, holidays, and weekends
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness
Strong knowledge of team leadership and positive conflict resolution skills
Ability to withstand the physical demands of a restaurant environment

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or GED
At least 1 year of experience as a host in the fast-casual restaurant industry
Proficiency in POS systems
Current state-compliant alcohol and food certifications
Strong communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Experience with team leadership and conflict resolution

Job Duties

Welcome guests and create memorable first impressions
Manage guest seating and reservations efficiently
Communicate effectively with kitchen and wait staff to ensure smooth operations
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the entrance and wait areas
Handle guest inquiries and resolve conflicts in a friendly and professional manner
Use POS systems proficiently to manage seating and guest flow
Assist with general restaurant upkeep and team support as needed
