Job Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a host in the fast-casual restaurant industry
- Must be at least 16 years old
- High school diploma or GED
- Associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Proficiency in POS systems
- Current alcohol and food certifications meeting state requirements
- Availability to work evenings, holidays, and weekends
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness
- Strong knowledge of team leadership and positive conflict resolution skills
- Ability to withstand the physical demands of a restaurant environment
Job Qualifications

- Handle guest inquiries and resolve conflicts in a friendly and professional manner
- Use POS systems proficiently to manage seating and guest flow
- Assist with general restaurant upkeep and team support as needed
