Job Requirements
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English
- ability to stand for long periods
- ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
- maintain current Food Handler's Certification
- previous customer service experience preferred
- legal authorization to work
- reliable and punctual
Job Qualifications
- Previous host or hostess or related customer service experience preferred
- experience with OpenTable is a plus
- ability to communicate effectively in English
- maintain current Food Handler's Certification
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- friendly and outgoing personality
Job Duties
- Welcome guests with a genuine Texas welcome
- recognize and remember regular and VIP guests
- make first-time guests feel like VIPs
- manage guest seating and flow at a comfortable pace
- highlight and celebrate special occasions
- maintain cleanliness and organization at the host station
- coordinate with restaurant staff to optimize guest experiences
