Job Requirements

Minimum of 1 year's experience as a host in the fast-casual restaurant industry
Must be at least 18 years old
High school diploma or GED required
Associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
Proficiency in POS systems
Current alcohol and food certifications that meet state requirements
Ability to verbally communicate in Spanish with the crew
Availability to work within open hours including evenings, holidays, weekends
Strong knowledge of team leadership and positive conflict resolution
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness and organization
Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner
Able to withstand the physical demands of a restaurant environment
