Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year's experience as a host in the fast-casual restaurant industry
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Proficiency in POS systems
  • Current alcohol and food certifications that meet state requirements
  • Ability to verbally communicate in Spanish with the crew
  • Availability to work within open hours including evenings, holidays, weekends
  • Strong knowledge of team leadership and positive conflict resolution
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness and organization
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Able to withstand the physical demands of a restaurant environment
