Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must be friendly and great with guests
- Must be able to work on feet for hours at a time
- Strong guest/customer service skills
- Friendly and people skills required
- Ability to utilize a restaurant POS software platform
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred
- Ability to use restaurant POS software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- Greet guests with a friendly smile and warm welcome
- Manage guest seating and dining flow efficiently
- Utilize restaurant POS software to assist with reservations and guest management
- Engage with guests to create a positive and memorable dining experience
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host/hostess station
- Communicate effectively with restaurant team members
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve minor issues professionally
