Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must be friendly and great with the guest
  • Must be able to work on your feet for hours at a time
  • Strong guest/customer service skills
  • Friendly and people skills required
  • Ability to utilize a restaurant POS software platform
  • Must be able to work weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, ideally in hospitality
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to learn and operate POS software quickly
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Friendly and outgoing personality
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail

Job Duties

  • Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables
  • Manage reservations and maintain wait lists efficiently
  • Use restaurant POS software to track seating and guest preferences
  • Communicate effectively with kitchen and serving staff to ensure smooth operations
