Job Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old
Must be friendly and great with the guest
Must be able to work on your feet for hours at a time
Strong guest/customer service skills
Friendly and people skills required
Ability to utilize a restaurant POS software platform
Must be able to work weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous experience in a customer-facing role, ideally in hospitality
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to learn and operate POS software quickly
Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Friendly and outgoing personality
Good organizational skills and attention to detail

Job Duties

Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables
Manage reservations and maintain wait lists efficiently
Use restaurant POS software to track seating and guest preferences
Communicate effectively with kitchen and serving staff to ensure smooth operations
Maintain a clean and organized host station and dining area
Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly and professionally
Foster a welcoming and friendly environment for all guests
