We are currently seeking a friendly, outgoing Host/Hostess to join our team and play an essential role in setting the tone for our guests' dining experience. This position involves working variable shifts that include weekends and holidays, and requires an individual who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The ideal candidate should have a genuine enthusiasm for interacting with guests, enjoy making conversation, and be willing to learn guests' names to provide personalized service. This Host/Hostess role offers flexible scheduling options with both full-time and part-time positions available, allowing candidates to find a work arrangement that fits their lifestyle and commitments. We offer a competitive wage starting at $17.13 per hour plus tips, reflecting our commitment to fairly compensating our team members. As part of the position, you will utilize restaurant point of sale (POS) software, manage guest seating efficiently, and maintain the flow of the dining room to maximize guest satisfaction.
