Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must be friendly and great with guests
- Must be able to work on your feet for hours at a time
- Strong guest/customer service skills
- Friendly and people skills required
- Ability to utilize a restaurant POS software platform
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with restaurant POS software is a plus
- Friendly and outgoing personality
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Willingness to work weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Greet guests with a friendly smile and warm attitude
- Manage guest seating and waitlists efficiently using restaurant POS software
- Engage in small talk and learn guests' names to enhance personalized service
- Maintain a clean and organized host stand area
- Collaborate with restaurant staff to optimize guest flow and dining experience
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve minor concerns promptly
- Assist with opening and closing duties as needed
