Job Requirements
- Must be a minimum of 18 years of age unless otherwise dictated by state law
- able to stand and walk for extended periods
- ability to reach bend squat and lift up to 20 pounds for short distances
- effective communication skills
- commitment to follow safety and sanitation protocols
- willingness to complete all tasks to ensure exceptional guest experiences
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- strong communication skills
- ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- basic reading and handwriting skills
- ability to operate front door seating software
- customer service experience preferred
- ability to work independently and in a team environment
Job Duties
- Showcases a warm upbeat and energetic demeanor to guests
- arrives to work on time as scheduled and ready to work
- follows Miller's Ale House policies in all respects including time recording requirements such as clocking in and out
- greets guests in a warm and friendly manner while acknowledging all guests within five feet
- seats guests based on their seating preference when possible
- rotates seating with different servers to ensure even workloads and prompt service
- provides departing guests with a warm salutation thanking them and inviting them to return
