Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in food service or hospitality preferred
- ability to communicate clearly and politely with guests and staff
- must wear uniform and name tag
- capable of performing physical tasks related to food preparation and service
- reliable and punctual
- able to handle stressful situations calmly
- basic knowledge of safety and emergency procedures
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work effectively in a team environment
- strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- basic food preparation and safety knowledge
- ability to handle guest complaints with tact and professionalism
- physical stamina to stand and move during shift
- flexible availability including mornings and weekends
Job Duties
- arrive to work on time and give advance notice when absence is anticipated
- wear proper uniform and always have on your name tag
- treat guests properly with respect and turn in all lost and found items
- be available to employees and guests at all times
- relate to employees and guests in a respectful manner
- respond promptly to employee or guest inquiries or complaints
- take initiative to greet guests and offer assistance
- keep all storage areas neat and clean
- prepare all food and beverages
- keep all supplies, breakfast food and drinking products stocked and fresh
- take inventory of food, beverage and supplies
- inform management of supply needs
- help other employees when needed
- refer guest requests or concerns to appropriate department
- report pertinent information to the next shift both orally and in log books
- report any potential hazards to management
- complete incident or accident reports as required
- know location of emergency cutoffs and lights
- provide accurate information and directions to guests
- perform all duties assigned by manager
- be flexible to help in short-staffed areas as needed
