Job Requirements
- Flexible scheduling including nights, weekends and holidays
- Successful completion of criminal background check and drug screen
- Able to lift up to 30 lbs
- Able to bend, stretch and twist
- Able to stand for long periods of time

- Strong communication skills

Job Duties
- Welcomes patrons and escorts them to their assigned dining area
- Tracking table availability via floor plan board
- Informs customers of promotions and notifies them of assigned server
- Manages patron wait list as needed
- Adheres to sanitation, safety, and alcohol control policies
- Helps dining room staff by setting and clearing tables
- Replenishes water and serves beverages as needed
