- ability to work flexible schedules including evenings weekends and holidays
- physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- ability to communicate clearly with diverse guests and team members
- willingness to adhere to health and safety protocols

Job Duties
- work in a team-oriented high-volume fast-paced guest-centric environment
- demonstrate genuine hospitality by making every guest feel welcome at the door
- engage in friendly conversation as you seat guests
- introduce guests to their server
- manage restaurant waiting list during high volume to set guest expectations
- sincerely thank guests as they leave and invite them to return
- clean and sanitize guest touch points in the restaurant
