Job Requirements
- Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred, but not required
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods

Job Duties
- Greet guests promptly, courteously, and with a friendly attitude
- Manage guest reservations and waitlists using the restaurant's booking system
- Escort guests to their tables and present menus
- Maintain an organized seating chart to balance server sections and optimize table turns
- Answer phone calls, provide accurate information about the restaurant, and handle takeout orders
- Monitor guest satisfaction and communicate any concerns to management
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization in the host stand, entrance area, and restrooms
- Communicate effectively with servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow
- Thank guests upon departure and invite them to return
