Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred
- Customer service experience strongly preferred
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and guest-flow management abilities
- Professional appearance and friendly demeanor
- Basic knowledge of reservation systems and POS platforms preferred
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods

Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and create a positive first impression
- Manage reservations, waitlists, and seating charts to maximize service flow
- Escort guests to tables and communicate server sections effectively
- Answer phones, take messages, and provide basic restaurant information
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and entrance area
- Assist with menus, to-go orders, and guest requests as needed
- Monitor dining room activity and communicate with servers and management
- Follow company policies, safety standards, and service procedures
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management
