Pyramid Global Hospitality is currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Host to join The Bradley's restaurant team. This role is critical in delivering exceptional guest experiences as the Host represents the first and last point of contact throughout a guest's visit. The successful candidate will greet arriving guests, monitor open dining sections for availability, estimate wait times, maintain waiting lists, manage reservations, and ensure guest needs are met while they wait. Strong communication skills, the ability to work well under pressure, and an engaging attitude are essential qualities for this position. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Greet guests as they arrive or move about the restaurant area
  • Monitoring the open dining sections of the restaurant for empty and cleaned tables
  • Estimating wait times for guests and monitoring the guest waiting list
  • Ensuring that the needs of the guests are met while they are waiting
  • Answering the telephone, booking reservations and moving tables together to accommodate large parties
