Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of restaurant operations service equipment and guest relations
- Ability to read English language to fully comprehend guest requests memos reservations promotional materials event orders and similar written materials
- Ability to move throughout a crowded room to seat guests
- Ability to effectively deal with customer complaints and concerns in a friendly and positive manner involving listening empathy and providing positive proactive solutions
- Ability to sit stand reach bend and stoop
- Ability to lift and carry supplies and equipment up to 40 pounds
- Ability to work under pressure and deal with stressful situations

Job Duties
- Meet and greet guests as they arrive and escort them to their table and present menu

- Observe all safety procedures during the execution of assigned duties
- Work efficiently as a team
